We Believe...

There is One God , “But to us there is but one God, the Father, of whom are all things, and we in him; and one Lord Jesus Christ, by whom are all things, and we by him.” God is manifestedin a TRIUNE manner (Father, “The Word” Son, and Holy Ghost).

According to 1 John 5:7 “For there are three that bear witness in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Spirit: and these three are one.” These three work as one in essence to our Redemption and Salvation.

We believe in consecrating and sanctifying ourselves. According to 1 Thessalonians 5:23, “And the very God of peace sanctify you wholly; and I pray God your whole spirit and soul and body be preserved blameless unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.”

We believe in water baptism in Jesus Name. According to Acts 2:38, “Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.”

We believe Holiness is God’s mandate for our lives. Holiness is His (God’s) highest, lowest, and the only acceptable life for his children. We are enabled to live Holy through the baptism of the Holy Ghost. God has called and is calling for a Holy People. According to 1 peter 1:16, “Because it is written, Be ye holy; for I am holy.”

It is the written/inspired Word of God. “All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works.” 2 Timothy 3:16-17

We believe that the Baptism of the Holy Ghost is an experience subsequent to conversion and sanctification and that tongue-speaking is the consequence of the baptism in the Holy Ghost with the manifestations of the fruit of the spirit (Acts 2:1-4, 10:44-48, 19:1-6; Galatians 5:22-23). When one receives a baptismal Holy Ghost experience, we believe one will speak with a tongue unknown to oneself according to the sovereign will of Christ. To be filled with the Spirit means to be Spirit controlled as expressed by Paul in Ephesians 5:18-19. Since the charismatic demonstrations were necessary to help the early church to be successful in implementing the command of Christ, we therefore, believe that a Holy Ghost experience is mandatory for all men today.

We also partake in and believe the following:

The Lords Supper-(I Corinthians 11:25-27),

Divine Healing-(James 5:14,15)

Feet Washing-(St. John 13:2-5.)

Second Coming of Christ- (I Thessalonians, 4:16-17).
